| dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在於了解逢甲大學教職員工休閒行為的現況，針對研究對象做分層隨機抽樣，共發出問卷300份，有效問卷回收256份。_x000D_ 問卷內容主要部分包括休閒行為量表與教職員工基本資料。將所收集之資料進行描述性統計與卡方檢定在不同人口統計變項中休閒行為的差異情形。研究結果發現，逢甲大學教職員工的休閒行為次數分配因性別、年齡、服務部門、教育程度、職稱與每月平均收入不同而有差異。 | |

| dc.description.translationabstract | This study is to understand the leisure participation behavior of Feng Chia_x000D_ University faculty and staff. A “Leisure Participation Behavior” questionnaire was_x000D_ administered as the research instrument. 300 copies were given to members from all_x000D_ Departments and Offices, of which 256 were returned. The data obtained from a random sampling of these 256 subjects was analyzed by the description statistics and the Chi-Square test._x000D_ The results of the study shows significant differences between faculty and staff in leisure participation behavior, varied in gender, age, department, education level, professional title, and monthly income. | |
