dc.description.abstract本研究之主要目的在探討心智練習對於網球正手截擊技能學習之影響,以台中市私立逢甲大學 80 名選修網球課之大學生且全無學習過網球技能之經驗為受試者,平均身高 168.8±7.32 公分,平均體重 57.8±10.14 公斤,平均年齡 19.6±1.24歲,以隨機分派方式將其平均分配到四組實驗組。實驗期為三週 15 次,每次練習時間 40 分鐘。在實驗操作之前、後和結束後 7 天實行前、後測與保留測驗,其測驗成績是以三位網球專業人士以專家效度評斷之,所得之數據以單因子共變數分析來考驗各技能組的學習效果與保留效果。若達顯著性差異,便以成對樣本事前比較法考驗之。_x000D_ 結果發現: _x000D_ 一、在後測部分,心智練習對於網球正手截擊技能有顯著差異,且綜合練習學習效果會大於單一身體練習或心智練習。_x000D_ 二、在保留部分,心智練習對於網球正手截擊技能有顯著差異,且綜合練習保留效果會大於單一身體練習或心智練習。

dc.description.translationabstractThe study temps to explore the effects of the mental practice on the tennis forehand volley skill. The subjects are 80 Feng Chia University students(average 168.8±7.32cm in height, 57.8±10.14kg in weight, 19.6±1.24 years in age) who signed in the tennis class and they had no tennis experiments or training before. They were _x000D_ assigned randomly into four groups, namely: control practice group, mental practice group, physical practice group and multiform practice group. The 15 experimental practices lasted three weeks, and 40 minutes each time. There are pre-test, post-test and reserve test in it. Finally, this study took the one-way ANOVA to compare the _x000D_ three tests. _x000D_ The findings of this study are listed as follows: _x000D_ 1. In the post-test, mental practice has good effect on the forehand volley, and the multiform practice has the best effect on it. _x000D_ 2. In the reserve test, mental practice has good effect on the forehand volley, and the multiform practice has the best effect on it.
