dc.description.abstract《明心寶鑑》,是中國翻譯史上第一部翻譯成西方文字的漢文古籍,由現今存在最早的版本推斷,其編者應為中國明代的范立本。在流行的韓劇《大長今》中,曾描述女主角自小聰明伶俐,刻苦好學,七歲就學完了《千字文》、《明心寶鑑》等書,可見出《明心寶鑑》一書很早就進入韓國文化之中,其影響甚至持續至今。有關該書編者的問題,在韓國就普遍流行著由高麗朝儒臣秋適編纂之說。然綜觀全書,其內容皆出自中國歷代經典中的格言、警句,與高麗之文獻完全無涉,其背景與思想也與宋明理學相關。因何該書會出現高麗朝儒臣秋適編纂的看法?又在何種時空背景下促使秋適與《明心寶鑑》牽連上關係?此問題在學術界中至今尚未有學者深入釐析。本文藉仁興齋舍本《明心寶鑑》、《秋溪家乘》中存留的歷代序、跋等文獻,再配合《高麗史》、《朝鮮史》與《明史》等相關資料研究之結果推斷,《明心寶鑑》一書為秋適編纂之說的關鍵,都來自於秋氏後裔秋世文戮力之規劃,由《秋溪家乘》再延伸至《明心寶鑑》,逐步作實了秋_x000D_ 適編纂《明心寶鑑》之說法。

dc.description.translationabstractMing Xin Bao Jian is the first ancient Chinese book translated into Western languages. Inferred from the earliest edition existing today, its compiler should be Fan Li-ben of the Ming Dynasty of China. In the popular South Korean drama, Da Chang Jin, the leading lady character is described as clever and sensible from childhood and diligent in learning. She finished studying books such as Qian Zi Wen and Ming Xin Bao Jian, etc. at the age of seven, which shows that Ming Xin Bao Jian entered the Korean culture long ago and its sustained influence continued until today. It is generally believed in South Korea that the compiler of this book is the learned_x000D_ Confucian scholar official, Qiu Shi, of the Goguryeo Kingdom. However, its content all comes from the maxims and aphorism of Chinese classics of China’s past dynasties, and its background information and thinking also correlate with the_x000D_ Confucian idealist philosophy of the Song and Ming Dynasties, totally having nothing to do with Goguryeo literature. Why is there such a view that Qiu Shi compiled the book, and under what kind of circumstances that Qiu Shi was related to_x000D_ Ming Xin Bao Jian? The question has not been explored and analyzed by scholars yet._x000D_ Through the documents retained from China’s past dynasties in Ming Xin Bao Jian and Qiu Xi Jia Sheng of Ren Xing Zhai She, together with related materials from History of Goguryeo, History of Joseon and History of the Ming Dynasty, this study_x000D_ infers that the key role behind the argument is Qiu Shi Wen—descendant of Qiu Shi—who, from Qiu Xi Jia Sheng extended to Ming Xin Bao Jian, carefully planned and progressively established the theory that Qui Shi complied the book.
