dc.description.abstract目的:本研究探討一般大學運動代表隊選手知覺的教練領導行為與測量模 式的驗證。方法:以逢甲大學 18 支代表隊選手為研究對象,發出問卷 280 份, 剔除填答不完整者,有效問卷為 254 份,其中男選手 177 名、女選手 72 名。研 究工具:「知覺運動教練領導行為量表」。方法:資料蒐集完成後,以描述性統 計、量表信度檢定、簡單相關、t 檢定、ANOVA 分析與測量模式驗證(SEM) 進行相關統計分析。研究結果如下:一、不同性別運動代表隊選手知覺的教練 領導行為無顯著差異;二、不同年級學校運動代表隊選手知覺的教練領導行為 無顯著差異。三、不同學院運動代表隊選手在知覺的教練「關懷行為」有顯著 差異存在,商學院大於工學院選手。四、不同代表隊年資運動代表隊選手知覺 的教練領導行為無顯著差異。五、每週不同訓練次數運動代表隊選手知覺的教 練「訓練與指導行為」與「專制行為」上有顯著差異。六、每次不同訓練時間 運動代表隊選手知覺的教練「訓練與指導」、「專制行為」與「關懷行為」呈現 顯著差異。七、測量模式的適配度尚可,表示測量模式可以解釋觀察資料的變 異量稍低。

dc.description.translationabstractObjective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of coaches’ leadership behavior among university athletes with different background variables and verified the measurement model of fitness. The research participants were 177 males and 72 females, total 254 athletes from 18 teams of Feng Chia University. The research tool was “Leadership Scale for Sports, LSS”. Data collected in this study was analyzed by descriptive analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, independent-sample t-test, ANOVA and structural equation modeling(SEM). The major findings were as follows: 1)Athletes perceived no significant difference in coaches’ leadership behavior between different genders. 2)Athletes perceived no significant difference in coaches’ leadership behavior between different grades. 3) College of Engineering athletes perceived significant higher than College of Business athletes in coaches’ “social support behavior”. 4 ) Different seniority athletes perceived no significant difference in coaches’ leadership behavior. 5)Difference training of times per week athletes perceived significant difference in coaches’ “training and instruction behavior”. 6)Difference training of each time athletes perceived significant difference in coaches’ “training and instruction leadership” “autocratic behavior” and “social support leadership”. 7) The scenario of slightly lower of measurement model fit can explain low variance of the observed data
