近年來，社會越來越重視社會福利，離婚率從民國70年的0.83到現在民國108年的2.31，離婚率逐年增加，進而衍伸出許多問題，例如:孩子歸誰撫養、經濟能力較差的一方是否能夠負擔自己的生活，或是負擔孩子的生活等……，而我們想要解決的問題是，幫助教育程度較低或是離開職場生活已久的單親婦女，擁有一份工作且可以兼顧孩子的成長和陪伴，學習一技之長之機會，改善家中經濟同時可以兼顧孩童教養。
