春池玻璃─使玻璃變黃金的煉金師

Abstract

中文摘要 春池玻璃是以玻璃為資源，將回收工廠的廢玻璃重新再製成新商品，跨足於工業原料、科技建材、文化藝術與觀光工廠，並從傳統產業轉型為永續經營模式的企業。然而我們發現春池玻璃隱含可能面臨的問題，例如:人力斷層的困境和行銷市場等問題，於是我們根據問題加以分析及討論，提出合適的解決方案。我們透過線上媒體口頭談話以及聊天室等方式，按部就班將每一個問題進行研究分析。最後我們發現，像春池玻璃公司的傳統產業，如何轉型創造循環經濟的關鍵因素，在於商業模式的創新，為了讓回收的玻璃再加工，製造成全新商品，必須結合原物料端以及銷售端。由於近幾年智慧人工科技的發展，也促成了人們重視循環經濟的議題。然而循環經濟主張讓資源保持最高價值的利用，這也成為了春池玻璃得以從玻璃回收工廠，轉型成玻璃藝術品工廠，並達成循環經濟的最大助力。而春池玻璃成功將回收廢棄物轉變成為不凡價值的黃金的案例，無疑是傳統產業中的最佳典範

Abstract Spring Pool Glass uses glass as a resource to re-create waste glass from the recycling plant into a new product, combining raw materials with marketing materials, technology, building materials, culture, arts, and tourism, transforming it into a sustainable business model. However, we discovered that Spring Pool Glass has implied problems, such as the problem of human disruption and marketing, so we analyzed and discussed the problem and proposed suitable solutions.

We study and analyze each problem step by step through oral conversations and chat rooms on the Internet.Finally, we find that the key to the transformation of traditional companies like Spring Pool Glass is innovation in business models.In recent years, the development of intelligent artificial technology has brought attention to the circular economy.Nevertheless, the circular economy, which advocates maintaining the highest value of resources, has become the biggest contributor to Spring Pool Glass' transformation from a glass recycling plant into a glass art factory.Turning recycling into gold is undoubtedly the best example of a traditional industry.
