dc.description.abstract台中海線地區目前共有八座台鐵車站,因沿線人口較少,故台鐵在海線地區的列車,大約為一小時一班,因此,沿線的公車與台鐵列車的轉乘措施,就顯得相當的重要,一旦無法有效銜接,旅客便有可能需要長時間等待後,才能有下一班車可供搭乘。 透過台鐵海線做現場調查,將發現有關安全相關的問題,參考風險矩陣與安全管理系統以及現行法規等相關文獻進行探討,並提供短中長期解決方法。另外依據智慧4S策略中的交通流暢、交通無縫與交通共享的理念,設計出讓使用者方便使用的視窗程式。 本組將台鐵海線轉乘公車研究結果,提供給台中市交通局葉昭甫局長以及台鐵機構,並建議台鐵與台中市交通局,針對海線車站設備評估、資訊智慧化、檢視交通標線設計、公車站牌周邊改善、轉乘安全問題項目改善,期許能達到海線火車安全與智慧化轉乘之願景。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThere are currently eight Taiwan Railway stations in the Taichung Coast Line area. Due to the relatively small population along the line, the trains of the Taiwan Railway in the Coast Line area are approximately every hour. Therefore, the transfer measures between the buses and the Taiwan Railway trains along the line are very important. Once there is no effective connection, passengers may have to wait for a long time before the next bus is available. Through the on-site investigation of the Taiwan Railway Coas Line, the safety-related problems will be discovered, discussed with reference to the Safety Risk Assessment Matrix, Safety Management System, and current regulations and other relevant literature, and short-, medium- and long-term solutions will be provided. In addition, according to the concept of smooth traffic, seamless traffic and traffic sharing in the Intelligent 4S Strategy, a window program that is convenient for users is designed. This group provided the results of the research on the transfer of buses on the Taiwan Railway Coast Line to the Taichung City Transportation Bureau Director Ye Zhao-Fu and the Taiwan Railway Organization, and suggested that the Taiwan Railway and the Taichung City Transportation Bureau should evaluate the Coast line station equipment, information intelligence, and review the traffic signs. Line design, improvement of bus stop signs, and improvement of transfer safety issues are expected to achieve the vision of Coast line train safety and intelligent transfer.zh_TW
