摘要: | 成真咖啡成立於2015年,前王品副董王國雄秉持回饋社會的心,以「一杯咖啡,夢想成真」兼具理性和浪漫的咖啡為產品,成立成真社會企業,開啟第二次創業。目前,成真咖啡在全台共有14家門市,遍佈北中南各大都會區。
在數位轉型趨勢下,成真咖啡需要甄選及招募數位人才已直接圍繞消費者做服務及提升黏著度。計劃透過OMO虛實融合,針對成真線上商城及實體通路的消費者的需求服務重新整合。然而,成真因轉型時的扁平化招募,較難以讓每個人都能夠快速理解並推動執行招募目標及計畫執行。又因在部門精簡架構及人力短缺下對人才要求高,暫未能及時招募所需人才,急需透過不同方式徵求所需人才。本報告將透過尋找成真咖啡競爭者的方式確立標杆企業,再透過訪談及詢問的方式得知成真咖啡之需求,並透過創意發想尋找解決方案,以滿足成真咖啡之數位人才招募需求。 Come true coffee opened in 2015. Former Wowprime vice chairman Wang-Guo-Siong upholds the heart of giving back to the society. With the slogan "a cup of coffee, dreams come true", with both rational and romantic coffee products, the Come True coffee social enterprise was established. Start the second business venture. At present, Come True Coffee has 14 stores across Taiwan, covering all major metropolitan areas in northern, central and southern Taiwan. Under the trend of digital transformation, Come True Coffee needs to select and recruit digital talents to provide services and increase stickiness directly around consumers. The plan is to reintegrate services for consumers in the Come True coffee online store and physical channels through OMO integration of virtuality and reality. However, it is difficult for everyone to quickly understand and promote the implementation of recruitment goals and plan execution due to the flat recruitment during the transition of Come True caffeine. Because of the high demand for talents due to the streamlined structure of the department and the shortage of manpower, it is temporarily not allowed to recruit mental methods, and there is an urgent need to solicit the required talents through different methods. This report will establish benchmarking companies by finding competitors for Come True coffee, and then learn about the needs of Come True coffee through interviews and inquiries. And find solutions through creative ideas to meet the digital talent recruitment needs of Come True coffee. |
