dc.description.abstract在COVID-19疫情爆發一年多之後,2021年5月台灣再次面臨新一波疫情帶來的衝擊,政府發布三級警戒使許多業者生意受到重創。所幸疫情得到控制且疫苗施打率上升,民眾也逐漸恢復正常生活,政府也順勢推出振興五倍券以幫助業者們恢復生意。因此我們想了解政府發放振興五倍券是否能讓更多民眾願意消費、消費的情況,以及在逢甲商圈使用振興五倍券消費的狀況。首先,我們在商圈內進行商家調查,以了解逢甲商圈的商家類型分布,針對店家類別和各路段的商家進行分析。之後則進行問卷設計與發放,再以民眾的回應資料為基礎,使用信度分析來了解問卷結果的可信度;卡方分析來了解各題目間的相關性;t檢定來了解樣本間對不同題目回答的差異,以及ANOVA檢定來了解各群體的同意程度差異。 經過分析,我們發現有在逢甲商圈使用振興五倍券的民眾較少,除了多數人已在他處使用完畢之外,其餘民眾則多數反應在逢甲商圈的消費較小額以及不提供找零,所以不願意在逢甲商圈使用振興五倍券消費;但若是能推出打折活動或推行夜市券,都能夠增加民眾在商圈使用振興五倍券的意願。我們也發現在逢甲商圈使用過振興五倍券的民眾,對逢甲商圈的印象較沒使用過振興五倍券的民眾好。此外,民眾普遍認為在逢甲商圈停車不便,此為逢甲商圈未來可著重改善之處。 與去年振興三倍券的調查結果比較後我們發現,民眾會因為振興五倍券而花費更多資金購物,無額外支出的民眾比例也有明顯降低,所以我們認為振興五倍券應對於疫情後的經濟復甦具有助益。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAfter more than one year of the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, Taiwan faces a new impact of the epidemic. A Level three alert of the epidemic is issued by the government and damages many business. Fortunately, the epidemic has been controlled and the vaccination rate has increased that make us can return to normal life. Government also launches Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers to help the economy. Therefore, we want to study whether the Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers can promote more people to consume. After conducting a survey for business in the Feng Chia night market, we are more understanding the business in Feng Chia night market. Based on the responses of people, a reliability analysis is performed to confirm the reliability of the questionnaires; Chi-square analysis is used to understand the correlation between two variables which we are interested; the t-test is employed to understand the differences of responses of the questions between two samples and the ANOVA analysis is used to understand the association among the means of different categories. According to the results of analysis, we found that there are fewer people who use the Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers in the Feng Chia night market. Except that most of people have used the Stimulus Vouchers in other place, other people report that the amount of consumption is usually small in Feng Chia night market and the Stimulus Vouchers cannot be change that make them don’t want to use the Stimulus Vouchers in Feng Chia night market. Otherwise, if Feng Chia night market could launch some discount activities or provide some coupons, it would attract more people to consume in Feng Chia night market. We also found that people who have used the Stimulus Vouchers in Feng Chia night market will have a better impression of Feng Chia night market than those who have not used it. In addition, people generally consider that it is inconvenient for parking in the Feng Chia night market, and it will be a point that Feng Chia night market can improve in the future. Comparing with the Triple Stimulus Vouchers, we found that people will spend more money with the Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers, and the proportion of people without additional consumption has also decreased significantly. Hence, we believe that the Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers may help our economy in the period of post-epidemic.zh_TW
