摘要: | 近年來,因疫情盛行,人們為避免室內群聚,越來越多民眾走到戶外,以野餐的形式來聚會,因而掀起一股野餐熱潮。其中勤美綠園道旁的市民廣場是許多遊客休閒放鬆的好去處,不少民眾每到下午或假日時,便在廣場上野餐、陪伴小孩嬉鬧或是帶著毛小孩來運動玩耍等等。而勤美也是許多人推薦的人氣景點,因此我們將店面位置設在勤美。
為了減少客人手上的負擔,以及確保食品新鮮度,我們將結合手作甜點DIY及野餐道具租用。因勤美有許多類似手做食品及野餐租借的店,加上極少數手作店家有推出毛小孩食品,因此我們新增手作寵物食品為我們最大的特點,讓鏟屎官能親自為毛小孩們製作美食,家裡的毛小孩也能一同享受愜意的野餐時光。除此之外,為因應聯合國SDGs指標,我們將和小農市集合作,此項考量順應現代人對食安、健康重視的風氣,消除顧客對於食材品質的疑慮。
我們運用內外部環境分析及SWOT分析,統整出本店的差異化優勢以及可能帶來的威脅,並找出解決問題的方法;運用STDP分析及行銷4P,整理出較佳的行銷策略,包含受眾人群、消費者偏好,並採用顧客價值基礎定價法,調查出顧客所願意付出的價格。綜觀以上分析,無論大人、小孩、毛孩,在本店皆能「吃的安心、主人放心、野餐開心」。 Recently, due to the prevalence of the epidemic, to avoid indoor gatherings, more and more people go outdoors and gather in the form of picnics, thus setting off a picnic craze. Among them, the City Hall Square next to Park Lane by CMP is a good place for many tourists to relax. Many people have a picnic in the square every afternoon or vacation, accompany their children to play, or bring their furry children to exercise and play. And Park Lane by CMP is also a popular attraction recommended by many people, so we set the store location in Park Lane by CMP. To reduce the burden on guests' hands and ensure the freshness of food, we will combine hand-made dessert DIY and picnic props rental. Because Park Lane by CMP has many shops similar to hand-made food and picnic rental, and very few hand-made shops have launched hairy baby food, we have added hand-made pet food as our most features, allowing the shoveler to personally treat the hairy baby. They make delicious food, and the furry children at home can also enjoy a pleasant picnic time together. Additionally, to meet the UN SDGs indicators, we will cooperate with the small farmers market. This consideration agrees with the trend of modern people's emphasis on food safety and health, and eliminates customers' doubts about the quality of ingredients. We use internal and external environmental analysis and SWOT analysis to unify our store's differentiated advantages and possible threats, and find ways to solve the problem; use STDP analysis and marketing 4P to sort out better marketing strategies, including audiences Crowds, consumer preferences, and the use of customer value-based pricing to investigate the price customers are willing to pay. Based on the above analysis, no matter adults, children, or furry children, they can "eat at ease, rest assured for the owner and have a happy picnic" in our restaurant. |
