摘要: 中文摘要 近年來,台灣的車禍事故不斷攀升,民國100年的230,776件,到109年以增加到362,393件,增長57%。我國對汽機車駕駛人的考照規定不斷在進行調整,駕駛人需要了解遵守的各項規則規定、預防課程等駕駛知識都不斷得規劃與更新,然而車禍事故仍居高不下。在過去課堂交流中,了解馬來西亞考取駕照的規定與流程,該國規定要考取汽車駕照者,必須上滿至少6小時的交通理論課程,並且通過筆試測驗,才開始場地訓練。 對此,本組希望利用本研究,蒐集臺灣與馬來西亞民眾自身考取汽車駕照的經驗,經由問卷獲取對汽車駕照學科教學的意見與看法。問卷分析分別採用敘述性統計分析與統計檢定分析軟體SPSS,研究臺灣與馬來西亞的學科教學落實是否會影響民眾考取駕照後的駕駛行為,分析是否能降低車禍事故的發生,最後提出本組對於汽車駕訓班學科教育落實的觀點與建議。 經過本組研究,從基本統計數據上顯示,臺灣受訪者的學科教育普遍未達法規規定標準,大部分的臺灣受訪者無法明確地認同駕訓班學科課程對安全駕駛有幫助。統計檢定結果呈現兩國間的進一步比較,皆無法推翻假說,因此本組建議交通相關主管機關需要從其他方向改善臺灣駕駛人的駕駛行為。針對駕訓班的問題,本組建議主管機關加強稽查次數,提高考核標準,確保民眾在學習過後,增強安全駕駛之觀念,降低事故風險。
Abstract In recent years, the number of traffic accidents in Taiwan has been on the rise. From 230,776 in 1900 to 362,393 in 2019, an increase of 57%. my country's regulations on driving licenses for automobiles and motorcycles are constantly being adjusted. Drivers need to understand and abide by various rules and regulations, and driving knowledge such as prevention courses are constantly planned and updated. However, car accidents are still high. In the past classroom exchanges, I learned about the regulations and procedures for obtaining a driver's license in Malaysia. The country stipulates that those who want to obtain a car driver's license must take at least 6 hours of traffic theory courses and pass the written test before starting field training. In this regard, the group hopes to use this research to collect the experience of the people in Taiwan and Malaysia in obtaining a driving license, and obtain opinions and views on the teaching of driving license subjects through questionnaires. The questionnaire analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and statistical verification analysis software SPSS to study whether the implementation of subject teaching in Taiwan and Malaysia will affect the driving behavior of the public after obtaining a driver's license, and analyze whether it can reduce the occurrence of car accidents. Viewpoints and suggestions on the implementation of subject education in training courses. Based on the research conducted by this group, the basic statistical data show that the subject education of the respondents in Taiwan is generally not up to the standards stipulated in the regulations. Most of the respondents in Taiwan cannot clearly agree that the subject courses of the driving training class are helpful for safe driving. The results of the statistical test show that further comparisons between the two countries cannot overthrow the hypothesis. Therefore, this group suggests that the traffic-related authorities need to improve the driving behavior of Taiwanese drivers from other directions. In response to the problems of driving training classes, this group recommends that the competent authorities strengthen the number of inspections and improve the assessment standards to ensure that the public will enhance the concept of safe driving and reduce the risk of accidents after learning.
