摘要: 本研究先是發現關於零售產業的店家資訊系統例子不多,所以我們想要了解資訊 系統在針對不同產業的需求、性質、功能會有哪些不同,因此我們最終選擇尋找 零售產業的店鋪去進行研究,本研究挑選出兩間店面進行採訪,一家為 BLADE 3C 用品零售店、一家為利賓家居行。 由於受到疫情的影響,大家的生活型態大幅轉變為遠端的工作模式,企業開始居 家辦公以及學校實施遠距教學,因此帶動了 3C 用品業的需求量,大幅增加了銷 售額。家居用品公司市場是一個龐大的市場,在早期做有不同類型的產品,例如 家具、廚房用具、衛浴用品、裝飾品、家庭電器等。但隨著全球經濟的發展和人 們生活水平的提高,人們對於家居用品的需求也不斷增加。本研究透過採訪得知 兩間店面所使用之資訊系統並不同,分別是 pos 系統和進銷存系統,另外本研究 透過商業模式圖、ABC 分類、SWOT 分析、STP 分析、以及波特 5 力分析去了解兩 間店面分別遇到的問題,最後再予以提出解決方案,如善盡資訊系統功能、人員 優化、增加行銷手法等。 本研究經由比較發現商業模式九宮格的價值主張 Blade 他們注重在產品的價格 品質上,而利賓則是注重在與客戶之間的關係,強調客戶至上。其實,兩間店面 的商業模式其實是非常像的;從 5 力分析來看,兩間店面的威脅都相當大,所以 這兩家店面的生存是非常艱辛的。在本研究中也進一步提出相關建議。
The study first found that there were not many examples of information systems for stores in the retail industry, so we wanted to understand the differences in the needs, and functions of information systems in different industries, so we finally chose stores in the retail industry for the study. Due to the impact of the Covid19, everyone's lifestyle has changed dramatically to a remote work mode, and companies are starting to work from home and schools are implementing distance learning, thus driving the demand for 3C products and significantly increasing sales. The furniture market is a huge market, and in the early days there were different types of products, such as furniture, kitchen utensils, toiletries, decorations, home appliances, and so on. However, with the development of global economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people's demand for household products has been increasing. In addition, this study uses business model diagram, ABC classification, SWOT analysis, STP analysis, and Porter 5 forces analysis to understand the problems encountered by each of the two stores, and then propose solutions, such as make the most of information system functions, staff optimization, and design marketing ways. This study found that the value proposition of the business model, as Blade focuses on the price quality of the product, while 利賓 focuses on the relationship with the customer, emphasizing the customer first. In fact, the business models of the two stores are actually very similar. From the 5 forces analysis, the threat to both stores is very high, so the survival of these two stores is very difficult. In this study, we gave recommendations for this two stores.
