獨身民眾安養信託規劃方案(安啦，殯元歷險記)

Abstract

隨著社會結構的變遷，高齡化和少子化現象日益嚴峻，獨居長輩的人數逐漸增加，對長照和殯葬產業帶來新的挑戰。傳統的安養信託主要針對退休給付和部分長照服務，而殯葬費用通常需要在死亡後由家屬與禮儀社協商安排，這不僅增加家屬的負擔，對於土地資源負擔過大的台灣社會來說更是一個問題。 因此，我們提出整合長照和殯葬業務的新模式，以信託架構為基礎，透過跨產業合作提供更全面的服務，同時提倡環保的殯葬形式，以更好地滿足長輩的需求。 在這種整合模式下，信託銀行與長照機構和禮儀社合作，整合資源和專業知識，提供全方位的支持。透過財務規劃和投資建議，信託銀行可以幫助家庭預先規劃長輩的退休金和福利給付，確保他們在老年生活中有足夠的經濟支持。同時，與長照機構合作，提供長期照護保險和健康管理服務，確保長輩在健康狀況下得到適時和專業的照顧。並且與殯葬業者合作，推廣環保的殯葬形式，為獨居長輩提供更便利、更貼心的長照和殯葬服務，實現社會共同福祉的目標。

With the changing social structure, the issues of aging population and declining birth rates are becoming increasingly severe. As a result, the number of elderly individuals living alone is gradually increasing, posing new challenges to the long-term care and funeral industries. Traditional elderly care trusts primarily focus on retirement benefits and some long-term care services, while funeral expenses usually need to be negotiated and arranged by the family with funeral service providers after the individual's death. This not only adds burden to the family but also presents a significant problem for a land-constrained society like Taiwan. Therefore, we propose a new model that integrates long-term care and funeral services, based on a trust framework. Through cross-industry collaboration, we aim to provide more comprehensive services while promoting environmentally friendly funeral practices to better meet the needs of the elderly. In this integrated model, trust banks collaborate with long-term care institutions and funeral service providers to consolidate resources and expertise, offering holistic support. Through financial planning and investment advice, trust banks can help families pre-plan retirement benefits and welfare payments for the elderly, ensuring they have sufficient financial support in their later years. Simultaneously, by collaborating with long-term care institutions, they can provide long-term care insurance and health management services, ensuring timely and professional care for the elderly in their state of health. Additionally, by partnering with funeral service providers, they can promote eco-friendly funeral practices, providing more convenient and considerate long-term care and funeral services for elderly individuals living alone, thereby achieving the goal of societal well-being.
