摘要: | 根據109 年行政院主計處統計,彰化縣大眾運具使用比例在全臺為倒數第四的縣市。現今許多客運業者考量自身的營運情況,必須將部分營運不良之路線停駛,但停駛造成了民眾出行困難、駕駛員面臨裁員以及營運成本虧損等危機。為保障民眾「行的正義」,本研究提出「小車聯程轉運」的構想,透過建構路線規劃的數學模式,為客運業者解決目前的經營問題,將大車替換 9 人座小客車來經營該路線,使公司營運虧損降低。
本研究將以業者經營情況等問題為研究出發點,將針對彰化客運鹿港路廊的路線進行評估,最後選擇一條末端路段營運情況較不佳的路線改由小車聯程轉運的方式,協助業者降低合理成本,並且利用 Python 建構路線規劃數學式,為業者規劃合理且有效率的小車聯運路線,整合本組設計的預約系統,以民眾的需求為基礎,使業者在當日排班調度上有完善的規劃。
經過本次研究,本組選定6902路線水尾–鹿港路段為研究範圍,完成旅客預約系統介面與路線規劃之數學模式,並且假設六種情境測試預約系統,測試路線規劃模式可以給出車輛行駛的路徑,並且計算合理成本與駕駛工時,評估小車聯程轉運的方式可以有效的幫助業者改善現有問題。本組研究構思也與彰化客運進行訪談,業者給予本研究幾項建議,為後續改善系統之依據。 According to statistics from the Accounting and Accounting Office of the Executive in 2020 , Changhua County was the fourth-lowest county and city in Taiwan in terms of the proportion of public transportation used. Nowadays, many passenger transport operators consider their own operating conditions and must suspend some of the poorly operated routes. However, the suspension has caused difficulties for the public to travel, drivers are facing crises such as layoffs, and operating cost losses. In order to protect the public's "Justice", this study puts forward the idea of " transfer with small vehicles ". Through the construction of a mathematical model for route planning, it solves the current operating problems for passenger transport operators, and replaces large vehicles with nine - seat passenger vehicles for operation. This route reduces the operating loss of the company. This study will start from issues such as the operating conditions of the operators, evaluate the routes of the Lukang Corridor of Changhua Passenger Transport, and finally select a route with a poor operating condition at the end of the road and change it to the way of connecting trains to assist the operators Reduce reasonable costs, and use Python to construct route planning mathematical formulas, plan reasonable and efficient car intermodal routes for operators, integrate the reservation system designed by our group , and based on the needs of the public, enable operators to schedule on the same day with perfect planning. After this research, the team selected the Shuiwei back and forth Lukang section of the 6902 route as the research area, completed the mathematical model of the passenger reservation system interface and route planning, and tested the reservation system assuming six scenarios. The test route planning model can give the vehicle driving Route, and calculate the reasonable cost and driving hours, and evaluate the way of car-transfer transfer can effectively help the industry to improve the existing problems. The research team also conducted interviews with Changhua Passenger Transport, and the industry provided several suggestions for this research, which will serve as the basis for subsequent improvement of the system. |
