Abstract

中文摘要 本研究旨在透過問卷調查評估學生對學校內各地點建築、設施及軟硬體資源的熟悉度與滿意度。隨著教育環境的變化及學校資源的不斷更新，了解學生對這些資源的認知及使用情況對於提升教育質量和學生滿意度至關重要。本研究的主要目的是收集並分析學生對學校設施和服務的意見，從而向學校管理層提供具體的反饋意見，以便制定相應的改進措施，優化學校的硬體與軟體環境，最終提升整體教育服務質量。本研究透過Google表單製作問卷，在校園內及網路上發放收集資料，並使用敘述統計量，包括平均值、標準差、中位數等分析學生對校內建築、設施及硬體設備的熟悉度及滿意度。經調查，發現學生對於校內建築整體較為熟悉且滿意，但在個別設備上有些許建言。對於校內設施多數學生較不熟悉，雖然在使用後滿意度中上，但對於設施數量及學校的管理方式有些許意見。對於校內軟硬體，學生較常使用且熟悉，但使用後大多數學生會感到不滿，希望校方做出改善。

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess students' familiarity with and satisfaction with the buildings, facilities, and hardware and software resources in different locations in the school through a questionnaire survey. With the changes in the educational environment and the continuous updating of school resources, it is important to understand students' awareness and use of these resources to improve the quality of education and student satisfaction. The main objective of this study is to collect and analyze students' opinions on school facilities and services, so as to provide specific feedback to school management, so as to formulate corresponding improvement measures, optimize the school's hardware and software environment, and ultimately improve the overall quality of education services. In this study, a questionnaire was created through Google Forms, distributed on campus and the Internet, and narrative statistics, including mean, standard deviation, median, etc., were used to analyze students' familiarity with and satisfaction with the buildings, facilities and hardware on campus. It was found that the students were familiar with and satisfied with the buildings in the school as a whole but had some suggestions for individual equipment. Students are not familiar with the facilities in the school, but they are moderately satisfied with the facilities, but they have some opinions about the number of facilities and the way the school is managed. Students are familiar with the hardware and software in the school, but most students will be dissatisfied with the use of the hardware and software, and hope that the school will make improvements.
