dc.description.abstract摘 要 透過這份個案介紹來分析信義房屋在近幾年房仲業競爭激烈的環境下是如何脫穎而出、在企業互相模仿行銷策略時要如何應對或是如何能夠與其他企業產生差異、信義房屋以傭金 為利潤的條件下為何還要求員工參與志工活動、擁有麼核心能力讓信義房屋可以成功、在往海外擴展企業時是否還能保持營運初心等問題。本報告中應用五力分析法與SWOT分析法來檢視信義房屋現存的優點與缺點及未來可能產生的問題與機會,再利用交叉SWOT分析(TOWS分析)思考可採用的相對策略。並根據上述分析來觀察信義房屋的經營模式,發現信義房屋擁有獨特完善的經營系統讓企業在長期運營下能夠保持產業品質外也可以拓展產業規模;為了因應未來社會趨勢的變化,信義房屋可以多利用人工智慧及媒體資源讓經營更好。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAbstract The purpose of this study is to analyze how Sinyi Realty managed its companies and stand out in the highly competitive real estate market in recent years.It shows the differences between Sinyi Realty and other real estate companies. This study refer to Porter's Five Forces and SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and potential future threat of Sinyi Realty. Through the analysis, the study observes that Sinyi Realty have unique and comprehensive management systems makes maintain the quality and the expansion over the long term. I have some ideas for the company to adapt the future societal trends,one is to leverage artificial intelligence and two is to use the media resources to enhance its operations.zh_TW
