| 摘要: | This paper proposes the mobile SCTP (mSCTP) with bicasting for seamless IP handover. In the proposed scheme the data packets are bicast to the mobile node in the handover region. In the performance analysis, we show that the proposed scheme can reduce the service disruption time much more than the existing mSCTP handover. |
