dc.description.abstractDeformable model was initially applied in the domain of computer vision. Recently, it has been applied in medical image fields that are one of the subjects having model, which combines physical and geometric characteristics and can be easy to manipulate. It is availabe for computer to present various shapes of left ventricle in three-dimensional (3D) manner. In this paper, superquandrics and Lagrangian equations of motions are combined to establish a 3D deformable model. Constructing three-dimensional visulizations will effectively help doctors to evaluate the left ventricle tissue.
