dc.description.abstract | In this paper we present an approach for automatically recognising tubules and epithelial cell nuclei in renal biopsy sections. This approach employs image processing methods, histological knowledge and machine learning techniques. Potential applications of this work include the diagnosis of tubulitis, renal allograft rejection and other renal lesions. | |
