投入大量的資金成立物流車隊,使聯強國際對消費者的服務能更確實,聯強便成為第一家擁有自己物流車隊的通路商。最後我們建議聯強可以在廣告、口號做些改變,且能在多做些創新的行銷手法以面對總體環境改變所帶來的威脅。 The innovation and service are the crucial factors that make Lemel succeed in the world. Lemel is the pioneer of all of the companies to combine three operating models - selling, dispatching and repairing to one. In addition to that Lemel is the first company to create new idea in implementing “a free cell phone exchange is guaranteed within 2 years of original purchase” and “Lemel may repair well the broken cell phones within 30 minutes” in the realm of service among all of the competitors. Then other competitors follow Lemel’s step to win customer’s heart by means of taking the similar approaches. With a view to making agency and customer secure more quick and comprehensive services Lemel invest a lot of funds to establish logistic. Besides, Lemel become the first sales channel who owing his logistic. Finally, our kind suggestion is that Lemel may slightly change its advertisement as well as slogan and enhance some of innovative marketing methods in order to confront the threat due to environment changing. |
