dc.description.abstractIn recent years, considerable concern has arisen over the security of the master key in ID-based cryptosystems. The Boneh-Franklin scheme proposed a distributed PKG arrangement. The scheme distributes partial master keys among different PKGs using techniques of threshold cryptography. In this paper, we will discuss t-out-of-n key generation and related issues in Boneh-Franklin ID-based cryptosystem.
