摘要: | 高毅數位影像公司,是嘉義民眾沖洗相片、製作相片書、購買相機的首選店家,目前在嘉義地區已建立良好口碑,雖然如此,但高毅數位影像公司卻有一個缺點,那就是知名度不足。因為主要店面皆位在嘉義附近,使得嘉義以外的民眾較不知道高毅數位影像這間公司,使得高毅損失許多客戶群,因此,本篇報告主要在於解決高毅數位影像公司知名度不足的問題,讓更多民眾知曉高毅數位影像公司的服務業務,並且產生來店消費的慾望,使高毅在經濟低迷的現在,業績仍能蒸蒸日上,維持他在數位影像界屹立不搖的地位。
由於高毅數位影像公司不擅於廣告公司本身,因此網路上的資源十分稀少,造成我們在寫這份報告的參考資料相當有限。為了得到我們需要的資料,我們連絡上高毅的德安分店,並向他們詢問一些需要的資訊,例如:公司業務比例、店家的顧客年齡層等等,有了店家親切的解答,讓我們在做這份報告也順利了許多。
在研究的最後,我們發現,高毅數位影像公司除了宣傳自己較不擅長以外,其他方面皆發展得十分良好,在面對其他競爭者也有其因應措施,不過我們仍試著想出其他因應措施以增強公司的實力,像是公司可以利用本身結構良好的設計部門,跟婚紗業者合作,訂作出更完美的婚紗相本,為每一對新人製作專屬兩人的甜蜜回憶,這是一項嶄新的突破,若能順利實行的話,相信一定能將公司帶上上高的境界。 Abstract Gao Yi, a digital imaging company, which is the Preferred store for people in Chiayi when rinsing photos, making photo books, and buying the camera. It is currently in the Chiayi area has been to establish a good reputation. Even so, but there is a drawback for Gao Yi. That is well-known lack. Because the main store are located in Chiayi nearby, the population live in other county do not know Gao Yi this company. It makes Gao Yi lost many customers group. Therefore, this report is mainly to resolve Gao Yi digital inadequate imaging company visibility problems. To allow more people to know Gao Yi digital imaging company's services business, and stimulate consumer's desire to shop. Although in the economic downturn, the performance of Gao Yi is still thriving, to maintain his unshakable position in the digital imaging industry. Gao Yi company is not good at advertising agencies, so the network resources are very scarce. It cause the reference is quite limited when writing this report. In order to get the information we need, we contact on the branch of Gao Yi in Durban. And asked the employee some of the information we need.For example: the proportion of business, the customer ages shopping in the store, etc. With stores cordial answer, let us do this report also smooth. At the end of the study, we found that Gao Yi, a digital imaging company develop well in other areas in addition to advertising theirselves, and also have their coping measures in the face of other competitors. But we still try to come up with other coping measures to enhance the strength of the company, such company can use itself well-structured design department, in cooperation with the wedding industry, and ordering to make a perfect wedding phase of this production of the the exclusive two men sweet memories for each couple. This is a new breakthrough for Gao Yi company, if it successfully implemented, I believe Gao Yi company must be able to climb on a high level. |
