| 摘要: | 本研究，利用弘道志工協會既有的調查資料，透過敘述統計的次數分配表、交叉表分析、卡方檢定來探討男性志工與女性志工在人口特性上的差異。研究結果顯示，老人福利機構志工在婚姻狀況、教育程度、職業、宗教信仰、幹部經驗及每週服務時數等相關特性上有顯著差異。 Abstract In this study, a volunteer association of the reuse existing survey data, describes through statistical analysis of the frequency allocation table, cross table, Chi square test to examine male volunteers and female volunteer differences in demographic characteristics. Study results shows that welfare institutions for the elderly volunteers in marital status, education level, occupation, cadres of religious beliefs, experiences and services per week, and other relevant characteristics of a significant difference. |
