明德水庫遊憩資源規劃

Abstract

明德水庫是苗栗縣內一個重要的水庫，提供當地之民生與農業用水。由於水庫的風景優美獨特，遊憩資源豐富，加上政府鼓勵觀光產業的發展，水庫近年來已經發展為一處較為成熟的觀光景點。本研究通過文獻調查、實地調查的方式，將當地遊憩資源做一個分類整理，並且審視其利用情況。並且從利用狀況與維護管理中發現現況存在的一些問題，提出一些對策，重新探討其資源之規劃利用，並對其未來發展方向提出建議。

The Mingte reservoir is an important reservoir located in Miaoli County. The reservoir provides water to local livelihood and agriculture production. Because of its beautiful scenery 、recreation resources and the support from local government, the reservoir has grown up into a famous tourist spot resent years. This report uses methods of literature search and field investigation to classify the local recreation resources, then investigate the use of these resources. At last, the paper point out some problems of the situation of resource use and maintenance management then study out the strategy and advises of the reservoir's feature development.
