企業參訪心得：矽品公司

Abstract

本次的企業參訪活動的核心重點，是為了讓系上的同學了解現在產業界的運作模式。與系上所學有所相關的產業中，我們決定以矽品精密工業公司為我們的參訪對象;從公司的介紹、生產線的介紹到市場的概況，讓學生在參訪的過程中，觀察與結合過去在系上學到的各個專業知識; 在學習的路途上，我們常常會覺得奇怪，為什麼要學習這些感覺上在未來完全用不到的知識呢? 但是，知識的應用往往就是出現在你我所熟知的器材背後，這些專業知識就是建立起整個產業最基礎的部分，透過企業參訪，讓同學們感受到一種，阿，原來如此的感覺，重新審視現在的自己的不足，在未來趕緊充實、加強，一間成功的公司就是一個偌大的知識庫，這些知識是書上不會記錄的，唯有透過自己的親身的體會才能夠將其納為己用。

The core focus of the business activities visit, let students to understand the industry's current mode of operation. Related industries of our subjects, we decided SPIL is the object of our visit. From the introduction to the company, the production line to the market overview, students can observation and combined all professional knowledge they learned in the process of visiting. On the road of learning, we often wonder, why we have to learn a lot of things that we might not to be use in the future. However, the application of knowledge is just like a equipment can be use sometimes. Expertise is to establish the most basic part of the whole industry. Through business visit, so that students feel “oh, so that's how it is”. Now re-examine their own inadequacies, to enrich and strengthen in the future. A successful company is a huge knowledge base, these knowledge is not recorded on the books, and only through their own personal experience to be able to use it as their own.
