摘要: 根據台中市政府民政局的戶籍人口調查,北區的戶籍人口數超過14萬人,而在密集的人口居住地生活,當用餐時間來臨,餐廳及各個小吃攤總是有許 多的排隊人潮,我們將利用這學期修習的科目─作業研究(二)中所學的等候線 理論,以明治高纖現炒館餐廳作為研究對象,將等候線理論應用於此餐廳的排隊情況,幫助店家改善排隊冗長的狀況。 此研究中,我們將在餐廳收集顧客到達資料以及服務時間(μ),並將數據整理並計算出顧客到達間隔時間(λ),將數據整理好後運用軟體ExpertFit計算出顧客到達間隔時間(λ)以及服務時間(μ)的分配情況。將數據整理好後,Model近似M/G/C,並利用此模型去計算出此餐廳的Lq、Wq、L、W,最後提出改善方法,並將改善後的排隊情況再利用M/G/C模型計算出新的Lq、Wq、L、W,並比較改善前後之差異。
According the census of Taichung City Government, there are more than fourteen thousand people living in North area. At mealtimes, people will line up at the restaurant and the vendors. If you want to buy your lunch or dinner, you should wait for a long time. We want to solve this problem, so we will find a method by queueing theory that we learn from Operation Research. We invite the Ming Chih high fiber restaurant to be our object of study. We hope we can help them solve the queueing method. In this study, we will collect the customer’s arriving time and serving time(μ), and we will use these data to compute the customer’s interval arriving time(λ). When Finishing the data collecting, we will use a software named Experfit to compute the distribute of these data. After running the software, we find its model is similar to M/G/C. We will use this model to compute the Lq, Wq, L, W of the restaurant. Finally, we will make a suggestion to help the restaurant. After they use the method to improve their queueing condition, we will collect the new data and compute the new Lq, Wq, L, W by the M/G/C model to compare the difference.
