個案分析：綠色旅館－葉綠宿

Abstract

人類在追求便利性和物質需求的過程當中，相對的對地球也造成了難以恢復的傷害，而人們也開始察覺對環境保護的重要性，我們可以從近年來國外流行到國內的「綠色旅館」，去發現全球對環保意識有抬頭的趨勢。

因此我們想要了解國內是否也有相同環保理念的綠色旅館，藉由網路搜尋發現逢甲商圈附近的「葉綠宿旅館」正符合我們想了解綠色旅館的議題，所以我們以葉綠宿旅館為這次的報告主題，想要深入探討綠色旅館的經營理念。

我們總共分成三個過程，一開始，先藉由相關網頁、臉書粉絲團和部落客的文章達到對葉綠宿旅館初步的了解，再進一步的透過訪談後，了解到他們對環保概念的重視、其旅店擁有特殊設計的設施及裝潢、打造三贏的共享經濟等，最後，我們想比較綠色旅館和一般旅館的差異去提出當中所衍生出的問題加以討論。

綠色旅館是綠建築的一環，除了建築的外殼、空調、照明、機電的節能減碳之外，包括交通、飲食、消費行為等都是環保訴求的重點，而台灣的旅館業已經有不少跟進綠色旅館的概念，像是本次報告主題的「葉綠宿旅館」。希望在台灣會有更多旅館可以透過室內設計、設備規劃以及維護管理等方面融入環保的想法，達到綠色旅館節能減碳的目標，保護我們的地球。

Human in the process of pursuing the convenience and material needs, opposite, also makes it difficult to restore the damage on the Earth. But people have begun to perceive the importance of environmental protection, we can find green hotel pop from abroad into our country in recent years to discover the world's awareness of environmental protection has a tendency to rise.

So we want to know whether our country also have the same concept of green hotel environmental protection. Internet search by district found "Green Hotel" is in line with green issues that we want to know near Feng Chia. So we choose "Green Hotel" as the theme for our report, we want getting deep into "Green Hotel"’s business philosophy.

We divided into three processes, The first, by searching the relevant pages, Facebook and bloggers articles to reach a preliminary understanding on "Green Hotel". Furthermore, through interviews with manager, we know the importance of environmental protection concepts which they emphasize. They have special facilities designed and decorated to create win-win sharing economy. Finally, we want to compare green hotels and general hotel to raise issues and deeply discussed.

Green Building contains Green Hostel, in addition to energy-saving building’s shell, air conditioning, lighting, electrical and mechanical carbon reduction, .They are focus on environmental demands including transport, food, consumer behavior, etc. While Taiwan's hotel industry are add to the green hotel concept, like the topic of this report "Green Hotel." Hope hotels can be more integration in Taiwan through interior design, equipment planning and maintenance management, environmental protection ideas, to reach the green hotel carbon reduction goal and protect our planet.
