團購送餐平台APP

Abstract

本報告主要介紹一個應用於餐飲外送服務app的設計初稿。我們的團隊針對目前逢甲大學學生在中午或傍晚的高峰時間段用餐不便的現況，設計了一個線上APP，並在物流團隊的配合下，通過團購外賣的方式，解決用餐時間和地點過於密集的問題，同時也讓消費者在餐點的選擇上更廣、也更有效率。報告中已給出app模擬圖以及基本的市場分析內容，而且我們在此產品設計過程中，也收集了大量資料以確定服務物件和服務內容，同時通過一系列問卷調查以獲取產品滿意度、店家對產品配合意願的相關資訊、以及該app產品的未來改進方向，我們也用了信度以及效度的研究方法來確定問卷的實用性。最後我們得出的結論是，雖然app的細節仍有改進的空間，但具有進一步開發的前景，也希望我們的設計初稿，對於未來的app成品能提供一些啟發或指引的貢獻。

This report intends to develop a preliminary design of an app which can be used to provide food and beverage delivery services, in particular for the students of Feng Chia University during their meal times. Because of the prosperity and crowdedness around the Feng-Chia neighborhood, students may feel inconvenient or lazy to obtain their nutrition. Through this on-line app, our team hopes to solve the problem that too many students crowd into same cafeteria at same time, and help consumers obtain their desired meals more efficiently in time. The app mimic diagrams and basic market analyses are demonstrated in this report. We also collect information to target customers and their demands through a series of questionnaires, which are consistent with the requests of reliability and validity academically. We hope our efforts can illuminate the future development of similar products.
