綠建築規劃實務：王老先生有塊地

Abstract

本次到告之主旨在於訓練學生進行綠建築評估整合實作，以虛擬業主之方式提出五道與綠建築相關的題目，由學生針對問題自行運用課堂所學與文獻搜尋的方式來進行解答。 五道題目在綠建築中包括:針對建築物構造上用哪種材料較為節能，並說明各種材料的優缺點，相互比對找出最經濟節能的方案；建築物的通風與採光問題，除了用圖示方式說明此建築的通風與採光效果外，以科學的方式去說明為何；在建築物遮陽方面，需要考量房屋的座向與開窗率，計算出必要加強的外遮陽系統；在綠建築方面，業主希望在一般的節能系統外，增加新的節能技術，為此要幫業主蒐集綠建築新科技；在常見的太陽能光電板上，業主希望以最經濟實惠的方式來裝設太陽能板，為業主計算出適合這棟建築物的太陽能板數量。 以上為此次報告書建議業主的項目，目的為幫助業主在達到綠建築節能效果。

The theme of this work is to train students to evaluate the integration of green building implementation, a virtual way the owners propose five topics related to green building, by the students for their own problems with the literature search using the classroom as a way to learn to answer.
