摘要: 台灣自1980年代開始就掀起一陣手搖飲旋風,轉眼間已經過了三十六年,現在在街上看見人手一杯手搖飲已經是見怪不怪且稀鬆平常的事情,手搖飲已經成為我們生活中的一部份,短短幾年間在國際上已經造成熱烈的回響,然而在國內,各式各樣的手搖飲業者為了在手搖飲市場出頭天,因此商品不斷的推陳出新,所以我們決定挑選近兩年迅速崛起的連鎖手搖飲店及逢甲商圈較有特色的手搖飲店作為研究目標。 本報告以迷客夏及無茶不樂兩店家相互比較,並透過SWOT、STP、7P、ABC、5W2H等分析工具詳細了解其店家營運狀況為何,並藉由實地訪問了解店家進貨、銷貨、存貨狀況,同時找出及詢問店家目前所面臨的問題,再提出針對目前面臨情況的解決方案,並提出結論與建議。
Carrying a soft drink on street has become a common view since 1980s, and soft drink has also become part of our lives. Surprisingly, in only past few years, all kinds of soft drink stores in order to become the best in Taiwan market, they keep producing new products to consumers. Therefore, this report picks up two soft drink stores, which rapidly become popular in Feng Chia district in the past two years as the cases of comparison. This report is based on the analysis tools, such as SWOT, STP, 7P, ABC, and 5W2H to understand the operating conditions of their stores. Through the field interviews, we understand the store purchase, sales, and inventory status within distribution management. Finding and inquiring the problems that the store facing, and then propose the solution for the current situation. At last, propose the conclusions and recommendations.
