摘要: 個案公司位於台中擁有多家連鎖店,在競爭如此激烈的環境中,個案公司究竟以什麼樣的方式在台中商圈立足並且如何擴展店面?我們期望將學識領域與實務領域結合,從中習得差異與經驗,了解如何與實務接軌,從中發現問題並解決問題,並且研究現階段為個案公司導入ERP系統的可行性。 透過多次的參訪來了解店家的組織運作、品牌定位及行銷模式。探討個案公司組織運作的內部與資源投入概況,再利用市場區隔、SWOT分析等方法來完成更深入的研究。 就現階段而言,在針對庫存管理有因應方法的情況下,導入整套的ERP系統必不符合整體的經濟效益,但以長遠的發展規劃,店家在全台擁有多家加盟店的規模,為店家導入客製化、小規模的ERP系統在未來是可以納入考量的。
Case Study Company is located in Taichung, with a number of chain stores. In such a competitive environment, how does the case company stand in the business district and expand its stores at Taichung? We hope to combine the knowledge domain with the practice domain, learn the difference and experience, understand how to integrate with the practice, find the problem and solve the problem, and study the feasibility of importing the ERP system for the case company at this stage. Through many visits to understand the store's organizational operation, brand positioning, and marketing model. This paper explores the internal and resource investment situation of the case organization, and then uses market segmentation, SWOT analysis and other methods to complete more in-depth research. At this stage, in response to inventory management, the introduction of the entire ERP system will not meet the overall economic efficiency. For the long-term development planning, the store scale must have a number of stores in the Taiwan. Small ERP system for the scale of Stores into customization took into account in the future.
