菜園報告-小白菜的小小天地

Abstract

一、目的 我認為這次民法課的菜園報告是想讓我們了解到，我們生長在台灣這塊土地上，應該身體力行地在菜園體驗當農夫種菜的辛勞，並且整合民法法律，舉出一些可以探討、值得大家一起思考的例子。

二、過程及方法 首先，我們先介紹我們菜園所種植的植物—小白菜，然後在每次再以一個禮拜的間隔做種植紀錄，從2/16開始記錄到5/19，一點一滴地記錄著小白菜三個月以來生長的過程。 一開始播種時，需先將一些肥料倒入土中，再用鏟子慢慢翻土，然後再撒入小白菜的種子。而將種子種下去的過程尤為重要，第一步，先用手指在濕潤的土壤中隔一段空間往下戳一個洞，一個洞內再放入3顆小白菜種子，放入比較多顆種子可以確保植物有一定的生長，不會說一顆都長不出來，第二步，將放入種子的洞口用旁邊的一些土壤鋪平，但是鋪的土也不能太過於多，第三步，用澆水器將菜園澆水，若是用水管澆水的話可能會造成土壤有過多的衝擊，所以用澆水器可以減緩水的衝擊也可以均勻地將水灑在菜園的土壤裡。

三、結論 經過這次的菜園報告，我們得出了許多心得，不論以前是否在菜園有種植過青菜蔬果，這一次民法課的種菜過程使我們受益良多，像是體驗農夫在菜園裡曬著大太陽彎腰種菜，常常要到菜園去澆水、拔雜草，擔憂著小白菜會被菜蟲吃掉，所以我們必須經常往菜園跑，這些都是許多同學們沒有經歷過的，所以看著自己種植的小白菜們從一顆顆的小種子蛻變成許多株的小白菜，看著它們慢慢的成長茁壯，就會有種莫名的成就感。而最有感觸的是，可以跟組員們一起去種菜、抓菜蟲、收成小白菜，一起體會當農夫的感覺，覺得這是種難得的體驗與經驗。

Purpose: I thought this civil law class which told the vegetable garden is to want us to understand that we grow on Taiwan,this island,should by actual efforts in the vegetable garden experience when the farmers grow vegetables toil.And the conformity civil law points out the example which some may discuss, is worth everybody ponder together.

Processes and methods: First, we introduce our vegetable garden plants of we plant - bok choy.Then in each time again makes the planter record by a week gap, we record them from 2/16 to 5/19.They are bit by bit recording the process which the bok choy three months we have grown.When the seeds that we plant in the begining, must be buried first some fertilizers, then use the shovel to turn the soil slowly,scatter them into the again the seed of bok choy.Furthermore, the process of planting the seeds into the soil is very important . First , use the finger to separate section of spaces from the first in the moist soil downward to poke a hole, put in 3 small colza seeds again in the hole, put in quite many seeds to guarantee that the plant to have certain growth, it could not be no plant to grow up. Second, we will put in the seed to the hole to cover evenly with side some soils, but will cover the soil can not be to be too much. Third , sprinkle the vegetable garden with a watering device if watering with water pipes may cause too much impact on the soil. As a result,the use of watering device can slow down the impact of water and it can also be evenly spilled in the garden of the soil.

Result: After this garden report, we got a lot of experience. No matter we even planted in the vegetable garden the Fruits and vegetables before or not, this civil law class causes us to benefit a lot. Like it is a very great experience that we experience the work of farmer. Exposing to the sun in the vegetable garden to bend the waist grows vegetables.And we must arrive the vegetable garden frequently to water, pull out the weed, worry the Bok choy would be eaten by the insects.Therefore, we must go frequently toward the vegetable garden. These all are many schoolmates have never experienced. Therefore,we looks oneself plants, our bok choy, transform from a small seed to a lot of bok choy ,and look their body slowly growing healthy, there will be a sense of inexplicable accomplishment. And the most touch is that you can go with the group members to grow vegetables tocts, harvest bok choy,realized together works as farmer's feeling.And we think that plant a bok choy is a kind of rare experience.
