燦坤招募企畫書

Abstract

中文摘要 本文旨在幫助燦坤改善年輕族群的招募問題，因而鎖定的目標為剛畢業的大學生。透過本企畫書，可以了解現今年輕人求職時所看重的求職要素，並擬定建議合適的招募方式。全文共分兩章，第壹章簡介燦坤之背景，以利後續的調查與分析；第貳章則是透過前測實質訪談、線上問卷發放、問卷發放後實質訪談，了解年輕人所看重之求職要素，分別為薪資水準與工作環境。因此，本企畫書再進一步以調查之結果，給予燦坤招募改善建議，希望燦坤可以針對行銷海報設計、環境、招募廣告，三大構面進行改善。本組在改善建議中，也給予實際的作法，模擬圖示，可供參考。藉由此報告，本組期望能夠透過更加詳細的廣告資訊和環境的改善，幫助燦坤招募到更多的人才，而此資訊同時也能改善消費者對於燦坤的整體評價，更希望燦坤在未來能成為更好的企業，提供消費者更好的服務。

Abstract This article aims to help Tsannkuen Co., Ltd improve recruitment. This article includes two chapters and mainly focuses on chapter two: Recruitment Proposal for Tsannkuen Co., Ltd. The first chapter briefly introduces Tsannkuen Co., Ltd. The second chapter is the aim of the article. In this chapter, we asks young employees what elements do they consider when they are looking for jobs. After collecting the elements, we use these elements to develop a questionnaire in order to understand whether Tsannkuen Co., Ltd live up to young employees’ expectations. Furthermore, we also compare Tsannkuen Co., Ltd with its competitors. Finally, we provides three specific suggestions for improve recruitment.
