摘要: 2018台中世界花卉博覽會為台中晉升台灣第二大都市後首次舉辦的大型活動,面對大量的人車移動,再加上台中市民免費參觀政策,必然會吸引更多民眾前往參觀。因此,為了交通順暢,政府在花博園區周遭實施交通管制,並鼓勵民眾以大眾運輸為交通工具,實施免費接駁計畫。 本研究主軸範圍為此次台中世界花卉博覽會的外埔園區,經實地考察之後發現,外埔園區僅有停車場或火車站之接駁路線。然而,藉由實地問卷調查,欲調查從台中哪一區到此地的人口數最多,並規劃一條直達接駁路線,決定規劃路線後,利用VISSIM及CUBE模擬路口及運量,研究增設路線後對道路及路口的影響,比較各方案的優缺以尋找最可行性最高之方案,同時計算該方案所增加的成本及所帶來的效益,最後提出結論與建議。
The 2018 Taichung World Flora Exposition was the first large-scale event after Taichung became to Taiwan's second largest city. Faced with lots of people and vehicles moving, coupled with the free visit policy of Taichung citizens, it inevitably attracted more people to visit Flora Exposition. Therefore, in order to smooth traffic flow, the government implemented traffic control around the Flora Exposition and encouraged people to use the public transit. At the same time, the government provided lots of Complimentary buses to people. The main scope of this study was the Waipu Expo Site. After our visited, we discovered Complimentary buses only went to parking lots or train stations. Therefore, using a questionnaire survey, we knew which area from Taichung has largest number of people to go to the Waipu Expo Site. After we designed a direct connection route, using VISSIM and CUBE simulated traffic flow and crossing. Besides, we compared different plans and calculated its cost and benefits. Finally, we proposed conclusions and suggestions.
