2014年6月，「伊斯蘭國」這個極端的伊斯蘭遜尼派組織正式建立，他們行為極端殘忍、暴力，並且在世界各地發動恐怖攻擊，引發許多恐慌，造成當時所有人都人心惶惶。然而，這樣的一個組織卻竟然漸漸壯大，甚至富可敵國。究竟他們的經濟來源從何而來？有誰在跟他們貿易供應他們的經濟來源？聯合國又如何對他們進行制裁？ 這份報告主要焦點放在石油產業上，分析ISIS的石油貿易對於國際石油產業的影響，以及聯合國如何對於ISIS進行制裁，在制裁過後油價的漲跌原因，以及上升或者下降的油價對於各類產業會有甚麼規模的影響，對於這些產業來說要怎麼做才能避免這類事件發生等等，都是本次報告所探討的問題。 另外關乎於民生的另外一項產業便是農業，農業本來就需要穩定的耕作，穩定的市場否則就會崩盤，但這些在ISIS的影響下似乎都那麼遙遠，本篇報告也會探討到在戰亂的情況下，伊拉克跟敘利亞這兩個被ISIS摧殘的國家會面臨甚麼樣的糧食危機，又該如何跨過這次的危機。 對於ISIS在全世界造成的劇烈影響首當其衝的便是石油產業，也因為如此石油價格在聯合國制裁後開始上升，開始對全世界的各類產業造成負面影響。且戰亂所造成的糧食危機也是一大問題，對於本應是農產出口地區得中東來說反而變成糧食進口國，也對全世界的糧食危機添上一絲陰影。

Abstract In June 2014, the “Islamic State”, an extreme Islamic Sunni organization, was formally established. They’re extremely cruel, violent, and launched terrorist attacks around the world, causing many panics at the time. However, they had grown stronger and even richer. Where did their economic sources come from? Who traded with them to supply their finance? How did the UN impose sanctions on them? This report focuses on the oil industry. We analyze the impact of ISIS's oil trade on the international oil industry and how the UN imposed sanctions on ISIS, the reasons for the rise and fall of oil prices after sanctions, what should these industries do, etc. All of these are the issues discussed in this report. And another industry about people's living is agricultural. It takes stable growing process and market, or it will collapse. Although these seems have nothing to do with the impact of Isis, this research will also find out that during the war,what food crisis that Iraq and Syria, that mistreat by Isis will face,and how should they overcome this crisis. The oil industry is the first to bear the brunt of the tremendous impact, and because oil prices had started to rise after the sanctions, they had begun to have a negative impact on various industries around the world. Moreover, the food crisis caused by the war is also a big problem. It turns out to be a food importing country for the Middle East, which is supposed to be a region where agricultural products are exported. So it also makes a food crisis in the world.
