2019逢甲夜市行動支付發展調查

Abstract

在這次專題報告中，本組以行動支付為主要目標，並進行設計一份問卷，配合逢甲商圈商家及流量調查，來調查前往逢甲商圈的消費者對於行動支付使用率以及行動支付看法。此外，本組也一併進行調查，假如在逢甲商圈裡增設行動支付使用店家，或行動支付在逢甲商圈變得更佳普遍，導致是否會吸引更多消費者前來觀光，並願意在逢甲商圈裡頭消費購物。以目前觀察逢甲夜市的消費族群來說，台中人佔據多數並以年輕族群居多，但我們卻發現台中人對於行動支付的使用率意外不普遍，猜想大部分台中人對於行動支付需要程度並不是那麼高，消費者目前主要消費方式還是以現金交易買賣為主。因此，希望此專題調查和分析結果中，將有助於商圈委員會，提出一些有關行動支付如何帶動逢甲商圈消費客群的想法。

In this project, we target the mobile payment and develop a questionnaire to investigate the usage rate of mobile payment on Feng Chia Commercial District consumers and their opinions to mobile payment. In addition, we investigate whether consumers will come to the Feng Chia Commercial District more often if the mobile payment becomes a common practice in the Commercial District. Hopefully, the results of our survey and analysis will help the committee of the Commercial District come up with some idea of how the mobile payment could bring the Feng Chia Commercial District customers.
