dc.description.abstract | 中文摘要 此篇報告的目的是為了讓對管理學四大功能不熟悉的人可以參考的範例,我們以課堂辦活動的方式從中學習,全班同學都是參與者也是舉辦者,我們選擇以野餐的方式進行,就像真的玩活動一般而不是當成一份有壓力的作業,分成總召組、活動組、總務組、行政組、器材組,各司其職,這過程中很多從未觸及的挑戰,像是如何向學校商借器材、野餐墊的租借、甚至是準備過程中的摩擦等等,我們從實作的經驗去理解課本上的知識,效果更勝於僅僅課堂上的學習,這次的體驗不僅讓大家都更熟悉管理學的四大功能,還能靈活運用,甚至在人與人的溝通上,我們獲得的遠比我們想像的還要多,畢竟七十人的想法難免會有出入,如何將大家的想法融合呢?在這過程中,也因為老師全權放給我們去做,我們從活動中將管理學的精隨學的透徹,氣氛使然,親身體驗加上快樂學習,成效加倍,使平淡的知識再也不平淡。 | |
dc.description.abstract | Abstract The purpose of this report is to provide examples for those who are not familiar with the four major functions of management to refer to. We learn from them by organizing activities in the classroom. All the students in the class are participants and organizers. We choose to have a picnic. Carry out, just like a real activity, not as a stressful assignment. It is divided into general call group, activity group, general affairs group, administrative group, equipment group, and each perform its own duties. There are many challenges that have never been touched in the process. Such as how to borrow equipment from the school, the rental of picnic mats, and even the friction in the preparation process, etc. We understand the knowledge in the textbook from the practical experience, and the effect is better than just learning in the classroom. This experience Not only makes everyone more familiar with the four major functions of management, but it can also be used flexibly. Even in the communication between people, we have gained far more than we imagined. After all, the ideas of seventy people will inevitably be different. How to integrate everyone's ideas? In this process, because the teacher has the full authority to do it for us, we will learn management thoroughly from the activities, the atmosphere dictates, personal experience and happy learning, the effect is doubled.
