Netflix是美國目前最大的串流影音平台公司，它帶領大眾走向一種新的娛樂模式，也讓不少知名企業爭相模仿其串流服務模式。看似風光的它，現金流卻長期處於負債狀態，不過即便如此，它仍然吸引著無數投資者的目光，因此我們將透過分析近幾年的財務報表和訂閱人數的成長率，從中去探討過去五次調漲會費對它的資本結構和股價有何影響。

Netflix is currently the largest streaming audio-visual platform company in the United States. It has led the people to a new entertainment model and has also caused many well-known companies to imitate its streaming service model. No matter how great the company is , its cash flow has been in debt for a long time, but even so, it still catches the attention of countless investors. By analyzing the financial statements and the growth rate of subscribers in recent years , we will explore how did the past five increase in membership fees affect its capital structure and stock price.
