默沫與金萱茶坊營運系統分析之比較

Abstract

隨著時代進步，科技日星月異，消費者以及企業對於經營的效率也隨者時間推移而提升。現今POS系統的普及帶給企業以及消費者更多便利性。POS系統可用來記錄訂單記錄、特定時段營業額、統計庫存等等…企業或是商家的經營可以從POS系統所整理出的數據以及資料來進行行銷策略，以及制訂整體公司的經營策略以及營運方針。 因此，本組採訪了逢甲商圈的兩間飲料店-默沫手作飲品以及金萱茶坊，來了解POS機台的運作以及擁有什麼功能讓店家進行更有效的管理，來更深入了解管理資訊系統對於營運成效以及服務流程。透過彙整的問題對店家進行詢問來彙整此份報告。 根據採訪結果，以及分析，可以發現默沫手作飲品使用的POS系統較金萱茶坊來的好用且畫面更加乾淨。在兩間店經營與行銷方面，默沫手作飲品的作為更比金萱茶坊來的積極且成功。

With the advancement of the times and the rapid advancement of technology, the efficiency of consumers and enterprises in their operations has also improved over time. The popularity of POS systems today brings more convenience to businesses and consumers. The POS system can be used to record order records, turnover in a specific period, inventory statistics, etc. The operation of an enterprise or merchant can use the data and information compiled by the POS system to carry out marketing strategies, and formulate overall company business strategies and business policies. Therefore, this group interviewed two beverage shops in Feng Chia business district - Momo Handmade Beverages and Jinxuan Tea House, to understand the operation of POS machines and what functions they have to allow the shopkeepers to manage more effectively, and to have a deeper understanding Management information systems are critical to operational effectiveness and service processes. This report is aggregated by asking the store with aggregated questions. According to the interview results and analysis, it can be found that the POS system used by Momo hand-made drinks is easier to use and cleaner than the one from Jinxuan Teahouse. In terms of operation and marketing of the two stores, Momo's hand-made beverages are more active and successful than Jinxuan Teahouse.
