Abstract

(1)想要讓大眾藉由此報告更進一步了解線香產業的轉型。討論新港香藝目前所遭遇到的困難以及未來可能面臨的危機，能利用哪些優勢與機會幫助新港香藝解決當前的問題，以及因應未來的挑戰。 (2)我們報告使用的是資料分析。利用在管理學中學到的分析¬¬—波特五力、SWOT分析、PEST分析、SWOT-TOWS分析，來分析資料，進行我們的研究。 (3)透過分析，我們更加了解線香產業的目前的困境，並進一步的思考有哪些方法及策略較適合為此產業順利地解決問題。例如提供創新的產品與服務，讓買家有耳目一新的感覺。推廣自家商品的優點、香藝文化內涵。與不同產業進行合作，像是教育或是企業，進而推廣新港香藝。使民眾更加關注這些傳統文化，結合地方資源、保存傳統文化價值，一同守護這個久遠的傳統產業。

(1)Want to let the public use this report to further understand the transformation of the incense industry. (2) We report using data analysis. We analyzed the data and conducted our research by analyzing the five forces of Porter, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and SWOT-TOWS analysis that we learned in management. (3) Through the analysis, we better understand the current dilemma of the incense industry and further consider what methods and strategies are more suitable for solving the problem smoothly for this industry. For example, we provide innovative products and services to make buyers feel refreshed. promote the advantages of their own products and the connotation of fragrant culture. Collaborate with different industries, such as education or corporate, to promote Xingang Fragrance. Make the people pay more attention to these traditional cultures, combine local resources, preserve traditional cultural values, and jointly protect this long-standing traditional industry.
