dc.description.abstract | 中文摘要 現今科技日新月異,讓網路購物變得更加容易,只要擁有一支手機就能快速且便捷的一鍵式購物。Momo在台灣的電子商務平台領域中發揮著重要作用。它除了出售許多在地深耕品牌的商品外也具備海外製造商品,其範圍涵蓋時尚、食品、綠色產品、家居等。它不僅提供輕鬆的購物體驗,也為顧客提供多種服務。它同時也提供用戶便捷的生活繳費功能,完成多種賬單,從學費、電話費,甚至到電費的繳費。Momo購物平台始終把顧客的便利放在第一位。因此,Momo購物平台也提供了多種支付方式,例如:信用卡、金融卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、Line Pay,甚至透過平台(Momo幣)或紅利金的方式來進行付款。本研究探討的是Momo在台灣如何奮鬥及發展。尤其是在行銷、物流、廣告和環境永續發展領域。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Abstract The rapid growth in technology has made shopping so much easier. Everything can be done in just one click through a mobile phone. Momo has played a significant part in Taiwan’s e-commerce sector. It sells many kinds of things that are made in Taiwan or overseas. It ranges from fashion, food, green products, to home furnitures. Not only does it offer an effortless shopping experience, it also offers the customers many kinds of services. It lets them get their many kinds of bills done, starting off from school tuition, phone bills, even to an electricity bill. Momo always puts customers’ convenience at its best. Therefore, Momo e-commerce platform also provides many kinds of payments. Such as credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Line Pay, even by bonus or points. This research is talking about how Momo has been striving and developing in Taiwan. Especially in the field of marketing, logistics, advertisement, and environmental sustainability sectors. | zh_TW |
