交通肇事鑑定實務之易肇事路口現場會勘：台中市西屯區河南路與中平路口

Abstract

交通肇事鑑定實務為逢甲大學運輸科技與管理學系所安排之專業課程，由系 上的肇事鑑定專家張漢威老師講授，特別的是為了融入課程，老師用心安排了校 外現場會勘，目的為了將老師自身的經驗透過現場教學傳授給同學們，可以更加 的學以致用，不再是紙上談兵。 交通肇事鑑定實務課程裡介紹了許多造成車禍的原因，而道路的設計與規劃 佔了部分因素，像是台中市區的河南路與中平路口為易肇事路段排行的前幾名， 因當初的規劃設計不夠完善，以及經過多年來也沒有見其有所改進，所以此份報 告運用學生在課程上所學，透過實地勘查針對目前河南路與中平路口提出幾項缺 失與建議改進方法，目的是對於此路段之肇事率可明顯降低，提出之改善方案可 提供學者、讀者亦或是政府參考。 本案將透過文字與圖形的說明此路段之缺失以及改善方案。

Traffic Accident Identification Practice Course introduces a number of reasons for causing the accident, road design and planning account for some factors, such as the District, Taichung City, Henan Lu Zhongping junction accident prone sections of the top of the rankings, because the original planning and design is not perfect, and to see after years of improvements, so this report the use of students in the curriculum of the school, several missing and recommend improved methods through field surveys for the current Henan Road and Zhongping intersection, the purpose often significantly reduce the accident rate for this section of the proposed improvement program available to scholars, readers also, or government reference.
