整形產業：麥可‧波特五力分析

Abstract

在策略管理課程中，我們透過五力分析去分析一項產業，並拍成一部影片。而我們以整形產業為範例拍攝了影片，簡單輕鬆的方式，讓觀眾經由觀賞影片時得知，五力分析的內容及意涵，例如：潛在進入者、消費者談判能力、供應商談判能力、替代品威脅及既有競爭者是如何在整形產業中被應用。 在拍攝前，先將劇本寫出來擬訂劇情腳本，並且經過小組溝通討論後實行拍攝並且確認劇本，利用簡單的設備和儀器進行此報告主題「整形－五力分析」的影片拍攝，在影片過程中，可以讓觀看者更加瞭解此分析的意涵，甚至我們可以更加的熟絡五力分析的應用。 五力分析其架構，其用途主要是定義出一個市場的吸引力高低程度，波特認為影響市場吸引力，波特認為影響市場吸引力的五種力量是個體經濟學面，而非一般總體經濟學面。而五種力量密切影響公司服務客戶及獲利構面組成，任何力量改變都可能吸引公司退出或進入市場 我們透過五力分析這五種力量去探討出在整形產業中，它在此所扮演的角色，在經由此中用簡單的方式去深入且瞭解五力分析的意義。

In the lesson of strategic management, we analyze an industry via Porter Five Forces Analysis and a video. The film we took is for plastic industry as an example which is in an easy way to let the audience understand the contents and the meanings of Porter Five Forces Analysis. Such as bargaining power of customers, bargaining power of suppliers, threat of new entrants, threat of substitute products or services and intensity of competitive rivalry are all discussed on how to be applied in the industry.

Before shooting, we wrote down the script, discussed and then confirmed. What we used in the film to take this film were just some simple facilities though, we hope that not only audience could much understand the implications about the Porter Five Forces Analysis through watching the video but we could know the application of the analysis much better.

The structure of Porter Five Forces Analysis is mainly defined to an attraction level in a market. Porter believes that the five forces to affect market attraction is a perspective of microeconomics, not general macroeconomics. Thus, these five forces deeply influence customer services and profits aspects by a company. Therefore, any forces changes might cause the company enter or exit the market.

We investigate into plastic industry with Porter Five Forces Analysis which included five forces that the role it plays, this way, we have a deep understanding on the meanings of Porter Five Forces Analysis in the process with a clear and simple manner.
