Abstract

食品是民生的基礎，在消費中佔有主要地位。臺灣食品產業歷經數十年的發 展茁壯，已由早期農產品初級加工、外銷出口導向支持工業及農業發展之政策方 向，經過多年的洗禮試煉， 逐漸轉為滿足國內食品需求、提高國民生活素質為 主，所以食品工業是一個值得投資的傳統產業。 伴隨著消費性電子產品功能升級、數位電視的推廣、新產品智慧型手機、平 板電腦的問世、中國等新興市場的經濟發展起飛，以及日本強震與泰國水患造成 的轉單效應，帶動了近兩年我國被動電子元件的需求成長，臺灣在電子元件製造 業在營收表現、從業人數及業者規模皆有所提升。所以我們有興趣做研究，瞭解 電子製造業的發展趨勢和投資環境。 本報告以食品工業與電子零件製造產業為主軸，介紹相關上市公司的分類屬 性與財務狀況，進而剖析產業的未來發展趨勢與市場商機，同時建議投資組合策 略以及策略動向，分析如何運用一千萬台幣創造最大的獲利價值，以供讀者參考。

Food is the foundation of people's livelihood and occupies a major place in consumption. And Taiwan food industry after decades of development, has been supported by early primary agricultural products processing and export of export-oriented industrial and agricultural development of policy direction, after years of baptism, gradually to meet the demand of domestic food, improve the national life quality is given priority to, so the food industry is a traditional industry worth the investment. So we are interested in doing research and understanding the development trend and investment environment of electronic manufacturing.
