dc.description.abstract利用工業工程(Industrial Engineering, IE)的專業領域,對逢甲附近商圈的店家進行服務,改善他們的工作績效。本小組所合作的對象是位於便當街的商家「古味意麵館」,因為在逢甲商圈中同質性的商家頗多,所以我們要使用各種手法幫助店家,使店家能在競爭激烈的逢甲商圈能占有一席之地。我們透過SWOT分析找出店家的優勢與劣勢、利用設施規劃始店家狹小的空間能有最大的發揮、用環境整潔5S使店家能給人舒服的感覺、並利用腦力激盪法不斷思索更多能幫助店家改善的地方,我們還用運用了行銷4P策略來針對目前店家的銷售手法進行改善。使用了許多手法來幫助店家進行改善,就是欲讓店家各方面能達到最大的效益,生意能絡繹不絕,最後並進行了根據這次幫助店家改善的經的心得與反思。
dc.description.abstractIndustrial Engineering areas of expertise, to service the Feng-Chia CCP shops near to improve their job performance. Our group cooperates with “Traditional Chinese Noodle Restaurant”which is located on the restaurant street. Because there are many similar restaurants, we need to use different ways to help “Traditional Chinese Noodle Restaurant” in order to keep it competitive within Feng-Chia district. Identify the store’s strengths and weaknesses by the SWOT analysis, use of facility layout to the narrow store can have the biggest space, use of environment neat 5S can give people the feeling of comfort, and thinking by brainstorming can help store continuous improvement, we still use of marketing 4P strategy at the present shop owner's sales technique to improve marketing practices. Used many tactics to help shops make improvements is to store the maximum benefit, business continuous, according to the last and this helps shop to improve the experience and reflection.
